What Is The Mystery of Jesus?

What Is The Mystery of Jesus?

Answer: Many people are confused about whom Jesus is, what he stands for and his position in the Godhead and creation.
This is as a result of the secret or mystery surrounding his person.

Paul the Apostle said in Ephesians 3:4-6, that the mystery or secret of Jesus Christ was hidden to sons of men in the past, but now is made known to the Apostles and prophets by the spirit of God.

With the intent that Jesus Christ is not only for the Jews but also for the Gentiles; that is none Jewish people.

That by Jesus, the Gentiles shall be fellow heirs and of the same body/church of Jesus with the Jewish believers, being partakers of the gospel as promised by God.

This calls for a revelation to everybody that believes the gospel. Even as I speak to you now through the answer to this question – what is the mystery of Jesus?

Benefits: The blessings of knowing the mystery of Jesus shall bring a lot of comfort to your soul. You can not follow or carry the spirit of who you do not know.
The knowledge of this shall give you the assurance that Jesus is real and will never fail you. It helps you to have a direction on your following Jesus and to understand the images; similes and figures that speak of him.

Knowing the mysteries of Jesus will develop your faith in such a way you will never have the smallest doubt about him when he speaks, appears in Glory and witnesses to you.

You will surely be blessed if you can be patient to read this answer to the end of the question what is the mystery of Jesus?

The Message: The Bible said in John 1:1-4;
“In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.          The same was in the beginning with God.All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made.

In him was life and the life was the light of men”.
When you talk of Jesus you talk about God’s word spoken to you; and written for you in the Holy Bible.

If he is God’s word it means that he is God himself. This word of God is the life of God which when it enters into a man gives light or understanding of the mysteries of God. Do you believe this?
This word is the way to God and good things of God. It gives direction to heaven and speaks the truth about man's relationship with God.
Jesus is also the wisdom of God. The book of Proverbs 8:23 and 1 Cor 1:30 tell us so. He was in God and with God in the beginning even before the earth was created.
Jesus was in God at creation as one of the Trinity or three person in one God when he said
“Come let us create man in our own image after our likeness… so in the image of God created he him, male and female”. (Gen 1:26-27)

Is it not wonderful that Jesus created you? By him, you were made spirit, soul and body. You need a revelation to appreciate this.
Jesus Christ is a son of God in the flesh as it is written in John 1:14, “And the word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we behold his glory the glory as of the only begotten of the father, full of grace and truth.”

St Luke said that God’s power projected his word in a virgin Mary and clothed it with bone, flesh and blood and he became a human being like me and you. (Luke 1:30-35). Is this not wonderful?

Yet inside this body was the spirit of God and the Holy Ghost that gave him power to perform all types of miracles.

Jesus is a type of Melchisedec who just appeared in the world to meet Abraham without father or mother and without descendants according to Hebrew 7:1-3.

This means that he is God, the king of righteousness and peace and eternal priest forever.

This is the greatest revelation of Jesus, that he is God and son of God today who died for our sins, and being raised up from dead he appeared before God for us. Being made glorious his body becomes the church carrying the spirit of all born again to deliver them on the rapture day as sons of God after his kind.

God bless you
